Questions
Where is our data stored?
In UzCloud Tier III data centres in Uzbekistan. Documents, signatures, correspondence and logs never leave the country.
Can we deploy the products on-premises?
Yes. The products usually run in the UzCloud cloud, but each can be deployed in your organisation’s own closed environment. We agree the terms separately.
Do we have to connect all three products?
No. Each product is connected separately. If you choose several, we set up how they work together and take responsibility for it.
Is an E-IMZO signature legally binding?
Yes. Under the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan, an E-IMZO signature is equivalent to a handwritten one. In Flow, people sign from the browser, including remotely.
Will we have to change our processes?
No. We configure the products to your regulations: document types, routes, number masks and permissions. We start with a pilot in one department.
What language are support and training in?
Uzbek and Russian. We help with setup, data migration and staff training.
