Questions
How safe is it to keep official documents in the cloud?
Flow runs on our infrastructure in Uzbekistan. Data never leaves the country, is stored encrypted, and access is granted by role.
Is an E-IMZO signature in Flow legally binding?
Yes. Under the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan, an E-IMZO signature is equivalent to a handwritten one. You can sign from the web interface, including remotely.
Will we have to change our processes?
No. We configure Flow to your rules: document types, routes, number masks, the file classification scheme and permissions. We start with a pilot in one department, then connect the rest.
What happens if an approver is on leave?
The task passes to their deputy and the route continues. The full history stays in the document card.
Can we check who worked on a document and when?
Yes. Flow records every action: who did what and when. Records cannot be changed, and you can show them during an internal or external audit.
Can Flow be deployed on our own premises?
Yes. Flow usually runs in the UzCloud cloud, but we can also deploy it in your organisation’s own closed environment. We agree the terms separately.
